ก่อนหน้านี้ได้ทำความรู้จักกับการเสริมจมูกและการศัลยกรรมจมูกกันไปแล้ว วันนี้ขอมาเสนอการแก้จมูก จะเกิดจากตอนที่ไปศัลยกรรมจมูกมา อาจจะดูแล้วเบี้ยว ดูไม่เป็นธรรมชาติ เพราะในการเสริมจมูกนั้นมีโอกาสที่จะได้รับการแก้ไข การเสริมจมูกนั้นเป็นการนำสิ่งแปลกปลอมเข้ามาในร่างกาย ซิลิโคนเสริมจมูกคดงอหรือเลื่อนหลุดจากที่ รูปทรงซิลิโคนที่เสริมจมูกไม่เหมาะสมกับใบหน้า อาจจะทำให้ซิลิโคนมีโอกาสเบี้ยว และอยู่สูงเกินไปหรืออยู่ต่ำเกินไป

การเตรียมตัวก่อนการแก้จมูก
1.หากมีโรคประจำตัว หรือแพ้ยา ควรแจ้งให้ทราบโดยละเอียด
2.ควรมีเวลาหยุดพัก 3-7 วัน
3 วันแรก อาจมีอาการบวมได้ โดยเฉพาะในกรณีที่ผ่าตัดหลายอย่างร่วมกัน เพศชายอาจบวมง่ายกว่าเพศหญิง
4.งดรับประทานยาบางชนิดอย่างน้อย 1 อาทิตย์ เช่น ยากลุ่มแอสไพริน (Aspirin) ยากลุ่มแก้ปวดต่างๆ ยกเว้นยาพาราเซตามอล วิตามินต่าง เช่น Vit E Vit A ยาสมุนไพรทุกชนิด เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงภาวะเลือดออกง่ายจากยากลุ่มดังกล่าว
5.หลีกเลี่ยงการดื่มสุรา และสูบบุหรี่ อาหารรสจัด ชา กาแฟ อย่างน้อย 1 อาทิตย์ ในกรณีที่ต้องให้ยาสลบ หลีกเลี่ยงอาหารอย่างน้อย 6 ชั่วโมง
7.หลีกเลี่ยงการสวมใส่เครื่องประดับที่เป็นโลหะ
8.สามารถเอารูปแบบจมูกที่ต้องการมาให้แพทย์ทำได้ โดยที่แพทย์จะทำการประเมิน ทำจมูกคนไข้ให้ใกล้เคียงกับรูปจมูกที่นำมา
